The Paso del Norte Group membership is extended to individuals who possess the leadership, commitment, character, personality, reputation, and position in their business or profession to advance the mission of The Paso del Norte Group.

Nomination Process

Members, in good standing, interested in proposing new members will submit a New Member Proposal Form to the Membership Committee ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), which must include no less than two additional sponsors. The COO reviews the form to ascertain its completeness and determine if this is a nominee from a companywhere the CEO/Owner is a member.

If the nominee is from such a company, the COO notifies the CEO/owner that a member of his/her firm is being considered. If any member of the Membership Committee objects to the nominee, the objector will usually be required to state reasons for such objections before the full Committee. The sponsor may be asked to appear before the Membership Committee to answer questions and provide additional information if needed.

Upon approval of the Membership Committee, by no less than a 75% vote, the Co-chairs of the Membership Committee will submit name to The Paso del Norte Executive Committee for their action.
