• Serve as liaison between PDN and the El Paso Club Board of Directors.
• Work with staff and other members to ensure that the programs offered and information disseminated by and through PDN programs add real value to the members, typically involve content not otherwise available and that they generally reinforce and complement the organization’s priorities as identified in Strategic Initiatives and Task Forces.
• Plan and oversee Breakfast Roundtable Programs with local/regional speakers.
• Plan and oversee No Host Luncheon Programs with local/regional speakers.
• Plan and oversee other programs, as appropriate.
• Help Membership Committee to coordinate and to stage PDN’s semi-annual meetings.
• Plan and implement the annual Holiday Party for members.
• Assist in promoting programs to members.

Goals

2009 – 2010 goals In the coming year, through the 2010 Annual Meeting, this Committee will pursue the following goals:

• Stage at least 10 Breakfast Roundtables that meet the above criteria with an average of at least 70 attendees. Stage at least 4 No Host Luncheons that meet the above criteria with an average of at least 50 attendees.
• Encourage increased utilization of the El Paso Club, increasing PDN related participation (member and organizational use) by at least ten percent.
• Work with Task Force and Strategic Initiative Co-Chairs to consider and, if indicated, offer other programs in conjunction with those groups.
• Prepare and conduct an annual survey of members to evaluate programs.
